Deliver Media offers unique data-driven marketing solutions for franchise clients. We created this system to help the sales team retain a transparent communication on program goals for clients, in regards to their direct mail and digital marketing.

Our goal was to create an accessible client portal to send and save reports for marketing programs. Email notifications were automatically scheduled every month to send a notification and link to clients to view interactive data charts and download printable reports.

I worked alongside developers, the account team and the sales team to optimize and improve the reporting process. My responsiblities includes:

  • UI/UX design and consultation.
  • Designing and presentating prototypes with visual mockups to show team members how the application works from a user perspective, using Adobe Suite and InvisionApp. (note: prototypes converted to Adobe XD for portfolio purposes)
  • Creating the design system to create a conistent look and feel that matches our branding and best standards in reporting software.
  • Front-end development, using HTML/CSS/Jquery built on Bootstrap 4 Material Design theme within an .NET/C# MVC Framework. Interactive infocharts were created using ChartJS.

My other responsbility was to create a workflow for the account system process as onboard new clients to using the software with their paid marketing programs.
