Design, Wordpress Development, and Maintenance

The official website for the ASVAB testing, offered to applciants, recruiters, researchers, and counsleors & educators. Provides important information and stastics regarding the testing procedures, demographics, and sample quizzes. The purpose of this website is to ensure that everyone has the information they need regarding the ASVAB test.

The website is built in Wordpress with a custom child theme based on Avada.
My contributions include:

  • Managed photograph imagery using open source and official army libraries.
  • Designed the logo and selected the font families to fit branding.
  • Developed the custom child theme CSS and added custom PHP functionality via the functions.php file.
  • Created Google Analytics 4 report for tracking ASVAB Calculator video plays that is located in the FAQs and Myths pages. Used event tracking and Javascript to connect to Google Analytics 4.
  • Continued maintenance of plugins, themes, and Wordpress framework.
